Gildong Ecological park and herb park in korea

 
 
Gildong Ecological park and herb park are lesser-known for foreign tourist.
because it is far from  downtown. and difficult to go there.
I recommend someone who live in Gangdong-gu of seoul or west side of seoul.
 
 
 
  the way to Gildong Ecological park and herb park.
1. get off a subway train at Gildong station.
2. and bus stop  is near the station, around there.
3. take a bus 3412 or 351 or 370 or 341 or 강동01
 
 
if you get off the subway and out of the station, you can see this sight.
there are so many flower shop in flower shop street.
look around there, The goods are for sale at a wholesale price.
because it is first distribution market.


as you see, you can see a direction board easily.

 
Gildong ecosystem culture center.
this place is free, just enter the center.
 
  it is good place at children's education
 
then out of the center, and go to Iljasan(Mt.)
herb park is located in Iljasan(Mt.) summit.
but don't care about that, It is only a ten-minute walk to the top of  Iljasan(Mt.).
it is very small Mt.

Go up the stairs to the top.

there are somethings about rule of park.
- No Pets Allowed
- No smoking within these walls
- No Cooking in this park
- prohibit sleeping in this park
- Don't pick the flowers
etc
 
this is a free garden cafe. talk with friend in this cafe.

this is booth library.
The Seoul government installed many booth library into a place which were a public telephone booths's original location from last years and the whole Seoul metropolitan area etc
for encouragement of reading.
 
there are exhibition panels each flower.
Sadly a explanatory note is not in there.
but Don't you want to smell the beautiful flowers?
go sightseeing this herb park if you have a some time.
 
and you can see a gildong Ecological park at no cost.

Kakaotalk is the famous web and mobile messaging services in korea. (as of 2014) so there are so mamny products of kakaotalk character design in korea. (as pictured below) everyone who visit this kakaotalk shop for shopping buy like that mugcup at high price under the necessity. or for no other reason than simply to collect cute stuffs. According to the designer of character, the the dog and cat are couple. the cat like a luxury bags. and the dog works so hard in character story. there are so many rag dolls, toy figures on a shelf. I wanted to buy this doll... but it was too expensive The paintings are on display in shop as well. outside of these, there are so many other products in korea, like bread, cushions, phone case even financial products in bank. As you know, most of East Asian countries like cute stuffs. I don't know why they have a great affection for cute stuff than others. I think they assimilated to Japanese culture of liking cute ...
